About Principle Law

Law for the Modern Business

About the Firm

Principle Law is a boutique law firm providing modern and efficient legal support to startups, small businesses, and individuals. Attorney Nathan Lawrence formed the firm in January 2020 on the idea that employing modern technologies and lean startup principles would allow the firm to service businesses more economically and efficiently than the traditional firms he practiced under for years. Since then, the firm’s philosophy has been proven efficient and effective as Principle Law has helped dozens of startups and small businesses achieve their goals with “big-law” professionalism for small firm value.

At Principle Law, our approach to legal issues is firmly rooted in a results-based orientation. We begin by understanding each client’s goals and then strategize the most efficient legal process to achieve these goals. This starkly contrasts the traditional “issues-based” analysis often employed by other law firms, which can lead to business owners getting lost in granular legal detail. We aim to help our clients achieve their goals within their financial and operational constraints, and we believe our results-based orientation is a unique and valuable aspect of our practice.
